In James 1:19-21 James said to, “in humility receive the Word of God as implanted (engrafted) which is able to save (redeem) your soul.” (Paraphrase DW) The Word of God is able to wash, cleanse, renew and redeem our soul. Here James is addressing born again believers and telling them that their soul can be saved by the Word of God, if they receive the Word in humility and let it bring transformation.
One of the primary realms where we struggle with negativity and thoughts that contradict the Christ life is in the realm of fear. Satan loves afflict the believer with fear. We must discern that fear is not of God, nor does it fall under a category we should accept or fall prey to. Herein we discuss enthusisam as a power to confront and overcome fear.
A man can succeed when he has enthusiasm.
Nothing is as contagious as enthusiasm.
Of course this word in it’s original form means “God in you ism”. It comes from explaining how animated and courageous a person is when God has given them a dream and they are set out to accomplish that dream.
When you know you have permission or direction from God you should tackle your goal with all your heart. I f you tackle your goal with all your heart you will succeed.
2 Chr. 31: 21 And every work which he began in the service of the house of God in law and in commandment, seeking his God, he did with all his heart and prospered.
This describes the undivided heart, the heart without doubt, the heart wherein the soul and the spirit agree.
A heart without question
If you aren’t envisioned and captivated with something, then the power of faith is not working. Therefore you’ll be tentative and not tenacious.
You’ll not give it your all. In such a case, I would question if you are to do it.
You must tackle things as if your life depended up on it.
