2 Corinthians 9:6  Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.

This is the law of sowing and reaping, or the law of reciprocity.  This law applies to everything in life.  The kind of seed determines the kind of harvest.  The amount of seed determines the quantity of the harvest.

This applies to money.

This applies to love.

This applies to kindness.

This applies to patience.

This applies to mercy and forgiveness.

You won’t find some principle that this law does not apply to.

Then it’s true that we learn how spiritual things work by observing natural principles and laws.

Therefore this law of reciprocity applies also to the spirit realm and to getting to know our Father.

If we sow sparingly to the spirit realm we will reap sparingly.

If we sow generously to the spirit realm, we will reap generously.

The King James and the New American aply use the word Bountifully.

If you sow bountifully to the spirit realm, you will reap bountifully.

Sacrifice (of the flesh nature, flesh desire, carnal desire) is really an investment.

You will reap on every prayer, all intercession, every prophetic proclamation, all spiritual language, all bible reading, study and meditation, all giving in the name of the Lord, all serving in the name of the Lord, all that you might give and give up for the Lord.

You will reap!  Believe it and rejoice!  Every time you say no to sin, you send up an aroma of sacrifice to the Lord that is well pleasing.  Every time you choose to follow the truth and the Word you send up a sacrifice (of “flesh and carnality”) that pleases your Father.  When He smells your sacrifice, it blesses Him tremendously that you have chosen His life and pathway.
