The faith of Providence believes what Paul wrote:

He who began a good work with you will work it out to it’s completion.

Phil. 1: 6  For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:28  And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

29  For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.

30  And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

31  What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

32  He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all–how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?   NIV

Romans 8:28  And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.  NASB

Providence flows out of God’s love for you and the destiny, purpose, valuable place he chose for you when He foreknew you in your generation:

Jeremiah 1: 5  “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.” NASB

Psalm 139: 16b…All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.  17  How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! NIV

Acts 13:36  “For when David had served God’s purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep; he was buried with his fathers and his body decayed.

God’s love is so strong for you, if you will only believe, He will not let you fail.

He will not let the dream over you die.

He will not circumstance rule over you.

He will not let enemies take you out.

He will cause every demotion to drive you closer to the fulfillment of His dream     for your life.

This kind of faith is a bulwark against a bad attitude.

This kind of faith is a key to the fruit of the spirit.

The Kindness of God ruling in your life regardless of your enemies is the basis for joy, peace, patience in the midst of troubles.

Hebrew 4: 4:1  Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.

2  For we also have had the gospel preached to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not combine it with faith.

3  Now we who have believed enter that rest…

Ps 40:  wait for the Lord

Our first challenge was 30 minutes of dreaming with God, Journal in hand.  More than praying as in petition, but worship and listening.

Today’s challenge:  Declare good coming out of every negative circumstance in your life history.  Make a list in your private time and call God faithful to bring good out of each incident.
