Every Kingdom comes with certain benefits that are available simply by a certain level of faith. Our natural kingdom, for those of us who live in the USA, comes with police and fire protection, education and many other blessings. One only needs to believe and dial 911 on their telephone to access certain benefits.
Likewise the Kingdom of God comes with many benefits, David said God “loads us with benefits”. Many of these benefits are not something we have to continually pray for, worry over, wish for or wonder about since they automatically belong to us “in Christ”. That is, the Kingdom of Heaven benefits belong to you when you are hidden in Him, Abiding in Him, found in Him, relying on Him. In Christ partaking of these benefits is as near as faith…not as near as a religious prayer or spiritual toil, but as near as believing and continuing in faith.
In Psalm 103 David says to forget not all His benefits:
1 (A Psalm of David.) Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget none of His benefits;
3 Who pardons all your iniquities; Who heals all your diseases;
4 Who redeems your life from the pit; Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion;
5 Who satisfies your years with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.
Remember a benefit is a natural consequence or blessing to the residents of a kingdom. Let’s fill our hearts with faith and gratitude today that we are partakers of these and so many more benefits since we are citizens of the Kingdom of God/Heaven.
Thank you Lord that you have qualified me for the blessings and benefits of the Kingdom of Heaven, the same benefits that you walked in, the same benefits that are normal for God’s kids. I receive them today fully. I receive provision. I receive healing. I receive forgiveness. I receive soundness of mind. I receive love. I receive power and authority of the Kingdom. I receive the renewal of my youth. Bless you Lord my redemption, bless you Father of the Lord Jesus Christ who gives me all good things.
