Pastor Dwain Faith

God is still a mountain moving God and He wants His Church to start trusting in Him to move mountains, big mountains.  Remember this and be encouraged, mountains take time to move (requiring perseverance) and mountain moving may involve many steps.

He wants us to start trusting in His ability to work through our prayers like never before.   God is moving us into mountain moving faith.

God is calling us to take the principles of dominion revealed in Luke 10:17, Mark 11:23 and John 15:7,8 and change our lives and our Cities.  Cities, communities and cultures can be changed, demons will fall like lightning and churches can grow and flourish like He intended.

As the children of Israel came out of the land of promise they came to the land of Canaan.  The land of Canaan was a goodly land and it was their inheritance.  God told them He was going to take them into this land and defeat the enemies for them and give them this land of milk and honey.  He brought them to the land and told them to send in 12 spies to spy out the land, one from each tribe of Israel.  The spies returned with samples from the land of milk and hone and when they returned 10 of the spies had a evil report, but 2 had an good report.  The good report was a report that agreed with God.  A confession that said what God had said.

A good report is when we boldly agree with God.  They weren’t in the majority, but they agreed with God.  This is most often the way God chooses to exercise His sovereignty in the earth.  He looks for someone who will agree with Him and confess what He has desired for them.  When He finds someone who will agree with His will then He will bring it to pass for them.

Ten of the spies had a evil report, it was evil because it contradicted God’s word and will, therefore He called it a evil report.  They said, “there are giants in the land and the giants are too big for us, thus we are not able to go up and possess the land.”  They saw themselves as worms and therefore so did the giants.

Numbers 13:32 So they gave out to the sons of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, “The land through which we have gone, in spying it out, is a land that devours its inhabitants; and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great size.  “There also we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak are part of the Nephilim); and we became like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”

What was the result of this evil confession or report?  God declared that because of their unbelief which was manifested in their evil confession none of the 10 and none of those who agreed with them would go into the promise land as He had planned.  Instead they would die in the desert.  Only Joshua and Caleb would go into the land of promise.

Numbers 14:28-31  “Say to them, ‘As I live,’ says the LORD, ‘just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will surely do to you;  your corpses shall fall in this wilderness, even all your numbered men, according to your complete number from twenty years old and upward, who have grumbled against Me.  ‘Surely you shall not come into the land in which I swore to settle you, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun.

You can see from this situation described in the Old Testament that the faith filled confession of your mouth is very important to your victory and success.  When Jesus walked in this kind of authority the “church attendees” of His day said, “what new doctrine is this?”   Some were amazed and followed Him.  But many of them were not pleased and thought “who does he think he is”?  It was the religious who persecuted Jesus and eventually crucified Him.

However, to their astonishment Jesus said that walking in divine authority is a sure sign that the Kingdom of God has come to the earth.
